Why families choose Paris Private Experience
Families who travel often know that the car is only part of the journey. What they look for is a team that has thought about the day before they have, and handles it quietly.
- A private service, not a ride. One concierge plans with you before you fly and stays with you on the same WhatsApp thread throughout your stay.
- Everything in writing before you pay. Vehicle category, child seats, timings and one price per vehicle, set out in a proposal you can share with the whole family.
- An arrival handled inside the airport. When you book our Meet & Greet and Fast Track assistance, a greeter welcomes your family at the meeting point we confirm for your airport, terminal and flight, and stays with you all the way to the car.
- Discretion as a habit. Your plans, addresses and timings are shared only with the people who need them to deliver your service.
- Days shaped around your family. A rest at the hotel, time for prayer, a late dinner or a gentler pace for grandparents: the day follows you, not a fixed itinerary.
- Trusted by demanding travelers. International families, business leaders and VIP guests, many of whom come back to us for their next stay.
Tell us your dates and who is traveling. We will reply with a proposal, in writing.
One family trip, a plan for each kind of day
Start with how your family wants to use each day. An airport arrival, an afternoon at a museum and a full day with several stops call for different transport plans. Tell us what is already booked and which days you want help organizing; the proposal separates transfers, shorter bookings and daily chauffeur service so you can see what each covers.
For a first Paris vacation, the practical sequence is simple: confirm that everyone, the child seats and the luggage fit; plan the airport meeting and first hotel drop-off; then arrange the days out and the departure. A 10 to 12-hour chauffeur day is especially useful when you want the car available between activities, including a return to the hotel before going out again. The duration is agreed around the program, including time for breaks and a pace that suits the children.
Car seats in Paris: what we provide and how it works
Car seats are the first thing parents ask about. Here is exactly how it works with us.
Child car seats matched to size, weight and approval
| Your child: age guides, with measurements confirmed | Seat we prepare | How it travels |
|---|---|---|
| Babies and young children, including the first 15 months under R129 | Approved rear-facing infant or child seat suited to height and weight | Rear-facing; longer when required by the seat's limits and instructions |
| Young children, often up to preschool age | Approved harnessed child restraint matched to the child's measurements | Rear-facing or forward-facing according to the actual seat and its instructions |
| Older children, often from around 4 years, who meet the seat's approved limits | Approved restraint or booster with backrest, according to the child | Booster only when suitable; belt correctly positioned and no automatic switch at age 4 |
We confirm the seat using age, height and weight, the seat's approval and its installation instructions. Under the R129 standard, children must remain rear-facing until at least 15 months; the actual seat's limits and instructions still apply. Age alone does not determine when a child can face forward or use a booster: the ages in the table are planning guides.
Included, not charged per seat
You may be used to paying a fee for each car seat. With Paris Private Experience, car seats are included at no additional charge when they are confirmed in advance. Your written quote shows one price for the vehicle and nothing extra for the seats.
How many car seats fit in one vehicle?
Several seats can travel in the same vehicle. A typical setup in a Mercedes V-Class is two car seats and one booster, with the rest of the family seated around them. Twins and two children under four are welcome. Tell us how many children need a seat and we confirm the configuration in writing.
Installed before you arrive
Your chauffeur prepares the seats before pickup, so they are in place when you reach the vehicle. As the accompanying adult, you check the installation and approve it before departure.
Should you bring your own car seat to Paris?
You do not need to carry a car seat across the Atlantic or on any long-haul flight. The seats we provide are approved for use in France. If you prefer your own seat, send its model details before booking. We check its approval for use in France and compatibility with the vehicle.
What French law says about car seats
In France, children under 10 must travel in an approved child restraint suited to their size and weight, subject to the exceptions set by the regulations, one of which concerns taxis. As a private chauffeur service, we plan a seat for every child who needs one. Source: Service-Public.fr, the official French administration website.
… I had my two children with me and it was the best experience and don't regret it at all. I recommend this company and driver for anyone in the Paris area.
What to check in your child-seat confirmation
Before you confirm the booking, check that the proposal accounts for every child who needs a restraint, the type of seat prepared and the passenger and luggage configuration. We ask for the relevant age, height and weight details to confirm the seats. If you intend to bring your own seat, mention the model before booking so its approval and compatibility can be checked.
Two infant seats, a booster and a stroller create a different seating and luggage arrangement from one child seat and compact bags. The useful confirmation is the combination for your family, rather than the maximum number of seats printed for a van. The existing vehicle table gives planning examples; your written proposal confirms the configuration being reserved.

Which vehicle fits your family and luggage?
Seat count alone does not tell you whether the stroller and the suitcases will fit. These are the setups we plan most often for families.
| Your family | Vehicle category we usually recommend | Typical luggage |
|---|---|---|
| 2 adults and 1 child | Mercedes E-Class sedan | 2 large suitcases and a compact stroller |
| 2 adults and 2 children | Mercedes V-Class | 4 large suitcases and a stroller |
| Family of 5 | Mercedes V-Class | 4 large suitcases and a stroller |
| Family of 5 traveling heavy | Mercedes V-Class XL | Extra trunk space: around 6 to 7 large suitcases, depending on the seating |
| Family of 6 | Mercedes V-Class | Luggage confirmed with you. A V-Class XL or a second vehicle if you travel heavy |
| 7 or 8 travelers | Mercedes V-Class XL for seven when the seating configuration and luggage volume allow, otherwise Mercedes Sprinter | Planned with you |
| 9 and more, or several generations | Two coordinated vehicles | Same meeting point, same departure time |
Mercedes vehicles, with the category confirmed in writing. A Mercedes V-Class carries up to 6 passengers with luggage, or up to 7 when traveling light. These are planning guides: the final configuration is confirmed in writing once we know your passengers, car seats, suitcases and stroller.
Strollers, travel cribs and bulky items
A folded stroller travels in the trunk. A double stroller, a travel crib or sports gear changes the calculation, so tell us as we finalize the vehicle.
Grandparents, cousins and larger families
When several generations travel together, we coordinate a Sprinter or two vehicles that leave together and arrive together, when confirmed for your stay. One contact handles the whole party, including a separate vehicle for relatives or accompanying staff.
We had a great experience with this company. Everything was well organized from the airport pickup to the visits around Paris, which made the trip really smooth for our whole family. They were kind, available and made us feel comfortable the entire time. It honestly made a big difference. Thank you again for everything, we'll definitely recommend you.

Landing at CDG or Orly with kids: how your arrival works
After a long-haul flight with children, the arrival is the moment that matters most. This is what happens, step by step.
- Before you fly. Your booking is confirmed in writing with the vehicle category, the price and the car seats. You receive your meeting instructions before departure.
- While you are in the air. We monitor your flight. If your flight arrives early, we are already there. If it is delayed, the pickup moves with it.
- After landing. Take your time at passport control and baggage claim. 60 minutes of waiting are included after your flight lands.
- In the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur meets you with a name sign and helps with the luggage and the stroller.
- At the vehicle. The car seats are already prepared. You check them, settle the children and go.
- To your door. Hotel, private residence, apartment or Disneyland Paris hotel, directly, with no connection to manage.
From CDG to Paris, the fixed price is €160 in a V-Class and €180 in a V-Class XL. From Orly to Paris, it is €140 in a V-Class and €160 in a V-Class XL. Tolls, airport parking and help with luggage are included on confirmed airport transfers.
Arriving by Eurostar or TGV? We monitor your train, and station pickups include 30 minutes of waiting from the confirmed pickup time.
Met inside the airport: Fast Track & Meet & Greet
For families who want the arrival handled from the very first minute, our Meet & Greet and Fast Track assistance is the most elegant way to land in Paris. When you book it, a greeter welcomes your family inside the terminal, at a meeting point confirmed in writing before you fly for your airport, terminal and flight, then guides you through passport control, using the Fast Track lane when your confirmed service includes it, through baggage claim and on to your chauffeur. A porter can be arranged for the luggage. It is the welcome many large families, parents of young children and guests arriving after a long-haul flight choose.
The arrangements for your airport, terminal and flight are set out during our personalized exchange, and the assistance appears on its own line of your proposal. Without it, your chauffeur welcomes you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, as described above.
More detail: Paris airport transfers, CDG airport transfer, Orly airport transfer, Paris train station transfers.
Moving around with a group can usually be complicated, but here it felt effortless. … What we really appreciated is that we didn't have to coordinate anything between us, it was all handled quietly in the background.
Prices: fixed per vehicle, confirmed in writing
One price covers the vehicle and your whole party. It is not multiplied by the number of passengers, and car seats confirmed in advance add nothing.
Your 10 to 12-hour daily chauffeur service is quoted for the confirmed vehicle, dates and program. The table also shows the separate transfer and shorter-day options.
| Journey | Mercedes E-Class | Mercedes V-Class | Mercedes V-Class XL |

| Paris or CDG to Disneyland Paris | €150 | €170 | €190 |
| Orly to Disneyland Paris | €150 | €180 | €200 |
| Ride within Paris | From €80 | From €110 | From €130 |

Changes and cancellations are covered in our Terms & Conditions.

Daily family chauffeur in Paris: 10 to 12 hours
Paris Private Experience offers a private family chauffeur in Paris for a continuous daily period of 10 to 12 hours, confirmed in advance. The exact duration and the start and end times are written in your booking; the 10-hour and 12-hour schedules below illustrate how a day can work. The car and chauffeur remain at your disposal within that period for the agreed itinerary: hotel pickup, sightseeing, lunch, shopping, rest breaks and your return. The total price is quoted per vehicle for your program before you book.
For a family visiting Paris for several days, this changes more than the journey. You stop arranging a new car after every museum, wondering whether the next vehicle has the right car seats, or looking for room for the stroller at the end of the afternoon. The day's transportation is organized before you leave the hotel. You decide what deserves your time; we plan the route and the pickups around it.
What 10 hours and 12 hours look like
| Daily format | Illustrative schedule | How it helps your family |
|---|---|---|
| 10-hour private chauffeur day | 9:00 am to 7:00 pm | A relaxed sightseeing day, lunch, a hotel rest and a final outing |
| 12-hour private chauffeur day | 10:00 am to 10:00 pm | A later start, visits and shopping, with time for dinner before returning |
| Several days with a chauffeur | A separate agreed period each day | A consistent transportation plan across your stay, with days tailored to the children |
These hours illustrate the formats. Your confirmation gives the actual start time, end time, pickup address, return location and planned destinations for each day. A 12-hour day does not mean twelve hours in the car or twelve hours of sightseeing. It gives your family a planned transportation window, with time to eat, walk, visit and rest.
Your chauffeur waits while your family enjoys Paris
A museum visit, a playground stop, lunch and a hotel break take place inside the same daily booking. Waiting and travel time count within the reserved 10 or 12 hours. During your visit, the chauffeur uses an authorized waiting location and agrees where to meet you afterward. We agree an authorized pickup point for each stop, so you know where to meet your chauffeur when the family is ready.
A tired child can go back to the hotel for a nap before an afternoon outing. Grandparents can take a shorter walk while the rest of the family visits. You do not need to use every hour actively. We build the day around the people traveling, rather than a fixed list of monuments.
What is agreed before you pay
Your written quote sets out the vehicle category, passenger and luggage configuration, required car seats, daily duration and the itinerary used to price the service. It identifies whether airport transfers are separate or included in your particular program. It also identifies any additional services and the conditions for changing or extending the day.
Our 10-hour and 12-hour family days are quoted for your actual program, with the total written before you book. The 8-hour V-Class rate of €850 belongs to a separate format.
A clear finish, with extensions discussed first
Your chauffeur is reserved for the confirmed period. If you would like a later return or a different destination, contact us on the same WhatsApp thread. We confirm the revised timing and any additional price before the change is booked. Evening transportation can be planned from the start, so you know whether dinner or a late return fits your day.
Which days benefit most from this format?
A 10-hour day suits families who want several stops without repeated transfers. A 12-hour day gives more room for an evening outing. For Disneyland Paris, we compare a morning transfer and evening return with a day at your disposal, based on how you expect to use the car. A late return from the park is planned with you in advance and written into your proposal.
A simple airport transfer, a three-hour introduction to Paris and an eight-hour day remain available. After an overnight flight, a shorter first day can be the right choice. Your later days can use the longer format once everyone has rested.
Stays of one week to one month, and longer
Some families stay a week, others several weeks or a whole month, often between a hotel and a private residence. For stays of 7, 14, 21 or 30 days, we prepare one written program: the daily chauffeur periods, the airport arrivals and departures, shopping days such as La Vallée Village, the days out of Paris, the evenings that need a later finish and, when confirmed for your stay, a second vehicle for relatives or staff. Every stay, from 7 days to a month and beyond, receives a personalized quote in euros, built on your actual program. You keep one concierge and one WhatsApp thread for the whole period, through to a departure day planned with time for VAT refund formalities.
Before booking: the family transportation plan you receive
A good family trip starts with a document you can actually use. Our proposal brings together the decisions that otherwise sit in separate emails: which car, which seats, which days, where you meet and what you pay. You can share the same information with your spouse, grandparents, an assistant or the person arranging the trip.
| Your question | What we put in writing |
|---|---|
| Will everyone and everything fit? | Vehicle category, passenger count, child-seat configuration and declared luggage |
| How long is the chauffeur with us? | Confirmed start and finish for each booking; 10 to 12 hours for daily chauffeur service |
| What happens during visits and lunch? | Waiting within the daily period and agreed pickup points |
| Is the airport transfer part of the day? | The transfer listed separately or expressly included in your program |
| Are seats charged again each morning? | Confirmed child car seats included without a per-seat surcharge |
| Is a guide included? | Any licensed guide listed separately from the chauffeur service |
| What if we change our plans? | The relevant change conditions and a revised quote when the scope changes |
| How much will we pay? | A total in euros, per vehicle, with payment instructions and the applicable terms |
| In which language? | Proposal, confirmation and invoice in English, French or Arabic |
Start simply, then finalize the details
You can begin by telling us the dates, the number of travelers and whether you want daily chauffeur service, airport transfers or both. Once we have suggested the right format, we confirm children's ages, height and weight for the seats, flight information, addresses and luggage. You do not have to complete an airport checklist before asking whether the service suits your trip.
A plan that survives real family life
Children get tired, queues take longer and a lunch can become the favorite part of the day. We leave practical space between activities and avoid combining distant locations simply to make a longer list. If rain changes a walk into a drive or the family needs a hotel break, the agreed daily window gives us room to adapt the route. Changes that alter the quoted scope are discussed before they are added.
Before departure, you receive the meeting instructions and confirmed timing. During the stay, you use the same WhatsApp conversation for coordination. After booking, your written confirmation and invoice give you a clear record of the services arranged.
You know who is meeting you: arriving safely at CDG and Orly
Travelers' forums repeat the same warning about Paris airports: people who approach you in the arrivals hall and offer a ride. You never have to deal with that. Your chauffeur is arranged before you fly, and nothing is decided at the curb.
- You receive the meeting point and the instructions in writing before departure.
- Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name.
- The price is already fixed and written. There is no meter, no negotiation and no surcharge for the luggage you declared.
- Your children ride in seats prepared for them, and every passenger has a seat belt.
- Our chauffeurs are licensed professionals.
If anyone else offers you a ride, simply walk on. The only person you are looking for is holding your name.
Your first day in Paris after an overnight flight
Overnight flights from North America, and long-haul flights from Asia or the Gulf, often land in the morning, long before hotel rooms are ready, with children who slept three hours. The first day goes better with a plan.
- From the arrivals hall to the car. Your chauffeur handles the luggage and the stroller. The children can fall asleep on the way into the city.
- If your room is not ready. Most hotels will hold your bags. Instead of waiting in the lobby, many families book a few hours with their chauffeur: a first drive past the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and the Champs-Élysées, with stops for photos and fresh air.
- Daylight and an easy lunch. Time outdoors helps everyone adjust to the new time zone. Your chauffeur drops you close to a park or a café terrace and waits.
- An early evening. Back to the hotel when the room is ready, dinner nearby, and bed at local time.
Three hours in a Mercedes V-Class are €330. They turn the hardest hours of the trip into the first good memory.
A late room does not have to mean a full sightseeing day
If your flight lands before hotel check-in, we can plan the transfer to the hotel first and a separate period with the chauffeur if you want one. Early room access depends on the hotel's confirmation. A bag drop, a quiet lunch and a short first outing may suit the family better than a long itinerary after an overnight flight.
When you discuss the stay, distinguish the arrival day from the days when the family will be rested. A shorter first booking and daily chauffeur service later can belong to the same overall plan, with each service and its price set out in writing. A 10 to 12-hour day remains available when it matches your plans; it is not a condition of arranging family transport.
Children of every age: what we adapt
- Infants. A rear-facing seat, a smooth drive, and a stop for a bottle or a diaper change when you need one.
- Ages 1 to 4. A suitable approved child restraint, the stroller in the trunk, and a day planned around nap time.
- Ages 5 to 10. A restraint suited to height and weight, short and varied stops, and playground time in the gardens.
- Teenagers. Free time, places that speak to them, and a program that does not drag them from museum to museum.
A Mercedes V-Class usually offers individual seats, air conditioning and a wide sliding door that makes boarding easy for small children and grandparents alike. The final configuration is confirmed with your booking.
Before you fly: a short checklist for parents
- Tell us how many children need a seat; we confirm age, height and weight when preparing the restraints.
- Count the large suitcases, the carry-ons and the stroller.
- If a grandparent needs airport assistance, request it from your airline before you travel.
- Keep WhatsApp active on arrival. The airport Wi-Fi is usually enough to message us.
- Save the meeting instructions we send before departure.
- Pack snacks and a change of clothes in the carry-on for the drive.
An illustrative 10-hour Paris family day, with time to rest
This example shows how a chauffeur at your disposal can support a family day without filling every minute. Tickets, meals and guided visits are separate unless expressly listed in your quote.
| Time | Family plan | How the chauffeur fits in |
|---|---|---|
| 9:00 am | Leave your hotel | Prepared seats and stroller space, with the day's plan already agreed |
| 9:30 am | Eiffel Tower views at Trocadéro | Drop-off near an authorized access point, time for photos |
| 11:00 am | A short booked visit or time in the gardens | Chauffeur waits within the daily period |
| 12:30 pm | Lunch | An agreed meeting point after the meal |
| 2:00 pm | Hotel rest or an easy drive | Room for naps and a slower pace |
| 4:00 pm | Shopping, a neighborhood walk or a final sight | The car remains part of the same day |
| 7:00 pm | Return to the agreed address | End of the illustrative 10-hour period |
For a 12-hour day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, we can organize the sequence around a later start and dinner. It is a different confirmed period, with its own quote. We do not simply add an unlimited evening to a shorter booking.
Several days, one transportation plan
A first day might combine arrival and a short introduction, a second use 10 hours in Paris, a third include Disneyland transfers, and a fourth use a longer excursion period. We list the formats day by day. This lets you compare the full cost with the actual time and service your family will receive, rather than a headline price that leaves the later journeys unspecified.

One chauffeur service for your whole stay, from a few hours to a month
Most families need more than an airport transfer. The team that welcomes you can drive you for the rest of the trip, on the same WhatsApp thread.
| Format | Good for | Mercedes V-Class |
|---|---|---|
| By the hour | A first look at Paris, a museum and lunch, a shopping stop | €110 per hour, 3-hour minimum |
| 10 to 12 hours a day | Our main format for a family day with visits, waiting and rest | Written quote for your program |
| Full day, 8 hours | A shorter day, or Versailles and back | From €850 |
| Disneyland Paris | Morning drop-off and evening return | €170 each way from Paris or CDG |
| Several days, a week or a month | The same service every day of your stay | Quoted in writing for your program |
A family day in Paris with a chauffeur
The car waits while you visit, eat and rest. Stops, naps and changes of plan are part of the day, and the stroller stays in the trunk between stops.
Disneyland Paris with car seats
Paris to Disneyland Paris is €170 in a V-Class, fixed per vehicle, and the price is the same from CDG. The seats stay in place for the evening return, when the children are often asleep before the highway. See our Disneyland Paris private transfer page.
Versailles and day trips with children
Versailles, Giverny or a longer day out can be planned with a chauffeur who waits for you and adapts the timing to your family. The price is quoted in writing before you book.
The same chauffeur during your stay
Whenever possible, we keep the same chauffeur with your family for the whole stay, and we confirm it in writing with your program. See chauffeur by the hour in Paris for all hourly rates.
I've used … the in-house chauffeurs of two five-star hotels here … This sits at a different level. … It's the curation. Someone has actually thought about what a good day in Paris looks like and built the service around that.
Selected family rides over five days: a separate €1,950 example
This example combines selected transfers, one four-hour booking and one eight-hour day. Daily 10 to 12-hour chauffeur programs are quoted separately. The figures use the separate Mercedes V-Class rates published above.
| Day | Plan | Service | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Landing at CDG, hotel, easy afternoon | Airport transfer | €160 |
| Day 2 | Paris highlights at a child's pace | Chauffeur by the hour, 4 hours | €440 |
| Day 3 | Disneyland Paris, morning to evening | Round trip from Paris | €340 |
| Day 4 | Versailles and back | Full day, 8 hours | From €850 |
| Day 5 | Hotel to CDG | Airport transfer | €160 |
| Total | Five days | Selected private journeys for the whole family | From €1,950 |
This is an example, not a package. Your written quote lists each service, and you keep only the days you need. Car seats confirmed in advance are included every day.
A shorter alternative: a four-hour Paris morning
This is how a four-hour morning usually runs with young children.
- 9:00 am. Pickup at your hotel. The seats are in place and the stroller goes in the trunk.
- 9:20 am. Trocadéro for the classic view of the Eiffel Tower, before the crowds.
- 10:00 am. A slow drive along the Seine, past the Louvre and Notre-Dame, with a stop where the children want to get out.
- 11:00 am. Luxembourg Gardens or the Tuileries: playground time for them, coffee for you.
- 1:00 pm. Drop-off at the restaurant you chose, or back to the hotel for a nap.
The route is yours to change. If a child falls asleep, the drive simply gets longer and the stop gets shorter.
Timing that works with children: Disneyland, Versailles and the Louvre
A few planning facts save a lot of energy.
- Disneyland Paris is about 45 minutes to an hour from central Paris, depending on traffic. Families usually leave early, and the return is planned for the time you choose, including after the evening show.
- The Palace of Versailles is closed on Mondays. Mornings are calmer, and the gardens are a good place for children to run after the visit.
- The Louvre is closed on Tuesdays. With young children, a short visit built around a few works is better than a full day.
- In summer, midday is the hardest moment. An air-conditioned drive between two visits doubles as a rest.
- After dark, a drive past the lit monuments is an easy outing when everyone is tired of walking.
Opening days and hours change, so check the official sites before you go. Your chauffeur adapts the order of the day if a line is long or a child needs a break.
Day trips from Paris with children
Beyond Versailles, a chauffeur makes longer days possible without train changes or parking.
- Giverny and Monet's gardens: a half day or a relaxed full day, best in spring and summer.
- Loire Valley châteaux: a long day that works well with school-age children.
- Normandy and the D-Day beaches: a full day for older children and teenagers.
- Mont-Saint-Michel: a very long day, better with an early start and a quiet drive back.
Each day trip is quoted in writing before you book. A licensed local guide can join you on request.
Paris with a stroller: what the car solves
Paris was built long before strollers. Many parents discover on day one how many stairs stand between them and the next sight. With a chauffeur, the stroller stays folded in the trunk between stops, the diaper bag stays in the car, and a tired toddler naps on the way to the next place instead of on your shoulder.
Traveling with grandparents or reduced mobility
Multigenerational trips are some of the best, and they need a little more planning.
- The vehicle. A Mercedes V-Class has a wide sliding door and room for a folded wheelchair or a walker along with the luggage. Tell us what you travel with.
- The pace. We plan drop-offs as close to each entrance as traffic rules allow, and we keep walking distances short.
- At the airport. Airlines and airports provide assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. It must be requested from your airline at least 48 hours before the flight. Your chauffeur then meets you at the agreed point.
- Special equipment. Carrying a folded wheelchair in the trunk is different from traveling seated in a wheelchair. If you need to stay in your wheelchair, tell us so the required access and restraint equipment can be confirmed in writing before booking.
- Two vehicles. When part of the family wants a slower day, a second vehicle lets each group keep its own pace.
One itinerary does not need one walking pace
Before choosing the vehicle and route, tell us whether everyone can transfer to a vehicle seat, whether a wheelchair or walker travels folded, and which stops should involve little walking. Equipment dimensions and luggage are checked when the vehicle is finalized.
For a multigenerational visit, the plan can group nearby activities and include a hotel break rather than keeping the whole family out for the same continuous stretch. If separate vehicles are requested, their meeting points and times are prepared together. The arrangement and any additional service are confirmed in the written quote.
Chauffeur or guide: who does what
Our chauffeurs drive, plan the route, help with the luggage and keep the day on time. They are not tour guides inside monuments. When you would like guided visits, one of our licensed local guides can join you on request. Guiding is quoted separately and confirmed before you book. For restaurants and other arrangements during your stay, see our Private Concierge Paris page.
Six things that are different in France
Parents traveling from the United States, Canada, Asia or the Gulf ask us the same questions before their trip. Here are the short answers.
- Car seats are part of the service. There is no fee per seat when they are confirmed in advance.
- The price is per vehicle and fixed in writing. It is not metered and it does not change with ordinary traffic.
- Tipping is optional. It is never added to your fare.
- Prices are in euros and your card is charged in euros. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Children under 10 need an approved child restraint, subject to the exceptions set by the regulations. We plan one for each child who needs it.
- Your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall with your name, not at the curb.
Who we are: a leading Paris name in luxury private chauffeur service
Paris Private Experience is a Paris company dedicated to private chauffeur and concierge services for international visitors, and in particular for families who expect a stay handled with precision.
- More than 200 Google reviews, rated 5/5.
- Licensed professional chauffeurs and several Mercedes categories, so your booking does not rest on one person or one car.
- Vehicle categories for every party size: executive sedans, spacious vans and minibuses (Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, V-Class XL and Sprinter), with coaches for large family events on request.
- A concierge desk that confirms every service in writing and stays on the same WhatsApp thread before and during your trip, in English, French or Arabic, with proposals, confirmations and invoices in the language you choose.
- Clear Terms & Conditions, written invoices and secure online payment.
Discretion, for families who expect it
We look after large international families, business leaders and VIP guests for whom privacy matters as much as comfort. Many of them return to us for their next stay in Paris.
We never publish a guest's name, photograph or itinerary without consent. Your details are shared only with those who need them to deliver what you booked, such as your chauffeur or your hotel. Our chauffeurs are licensed professionals who know the journey belongs to you: calm, courteous and unobtrusive.
Days with many stops, early departures and late returns, extra luggage after shopping, a second vehicle for relatives or accompanying staff when confirmed for your stay: we plan them in advance and confirm them in writing, so the stay remains simple even when plans change.
Families from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf
Families from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are among the guests we look after, often several generations together, sometimes with a nanny or accompanying staff. Your concierge can handle the whole stay in Arabic, from the first WhatsApp message to the proposal, confirmation and invoice. Each day follows your family's habits: restaurants serving halal cuisine that your concierge suggests and books, time for prayer, long shopping days and late returns. A daily chauffeur for 10 to 12 hours, an Arabic-speaking chauffeur on request, and several coordinated vehicles when confirmed for your stay complete the arrangement. The same service is presented in Arabic on our family page in Arabic.
You deal with one team from the first message to the last journey.

Booking for your family, your parents or your clients
You can arrange the service for someone else: grandparents joining the trip, a family you advise, an executive and their family, or guests you are hosting. Travel advisors, family offices and personal assistants receive the same written confirmation, with the lead passenger's name and the meeting instructions to forward. See how it works on our Paris Car Service page.
For travel advisors and assistants: send the family's dates, hotel and flights as soon as you have them. We reply with a written proposal you can forward, one invoice per booking and a single contact for changes while your clients are traveling. Grandparents who book for the family receive the same documents.
How booking works on WhatsApp or email
- Send a short message, in English, French or Arabic. Your dates, how many you are and what you need. No flight number at this stage.
- Receive a clear proposal. Vehicle category, car seats and price, in writing.
- Confirm the details. Children's age, height and weight for the seats, flight or train, address. Then pay by secure link. Your booking is confirmed in writing.
- Before you travel. You receive the meeting point and the timing.
What families say: more than 200 Google reviews, rated 5/5
In their own words, a few of the travelers and families we have welcomed:
Travelled alone for a five-day stay and wanted a driver I could trust. Communication via WhatsApp was professional from the first message. Pickup at the airport, daily transfers around the city, late return to CDG. I never once felt I had to keep an eye on my belongings or worry about being overcharged.
… The driver was extremely professional, punctual, and courteous throughout. He ensured we were picked up and dropped off exactly on time, which made our travel completely stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained … We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the driver's calm, respectful attitude.
No commitment until you approve in writing.
Family questions, answered
Days with a chauffeur: 10 or 12 hours
Can we book a private chauffeur in Paris for 10 or 12 hours every day?
Yes. We prepare a multi-day program with a confirmed 10-hour or 12-hour period for each reserved day. The vehicle, seats, timing and total are listed in your written quote.
Does waiting during lunch or a museum visit use the reserved hours?
Yes. Waiting, driving and planned hotel breaks all take place within the continuous daily period. The chauffeur remains at your disposal for the agreed program during that time.
Can we rest at the hotel and go out again?
Yes. A hotel break can be planned within your daily period. You agree the next pickup with the chauffeur, and the daily booking continues during the break.
How much is a 10-hour or 12-hour chauffeur day in Paris?
It is quoted for your vehicle, dates and program, and confirmed in writing before you book. The 8-hour V-Class price of €850 is a separate format.
Can we book a chauffeur for a week, two weeks or a month?
Yes. Stays of 7, 14, 21 or 30 days, and longer, receive a personalized quote built on your actual program. The written program lists each day's chauffeur period, the transfers and the vehicle category.
Are airport transfers automatically included in daily chauffeur service?
They are included only when your written program says so. Otherwise they appear as separate transfers, with their own vehicle, timing and price.
Can we add dinner or extend the day after booking?
Ask us on WhatsApp. We confirm the new end time and any extra price before arranging the extension. If dinner matters to your trip, include it when we plan the day.
Is daily chauffeur service the same as a Disneyland round trip?
No. A round trip gives you two scheduled journeys. A day at your disposal reserves the chauffeur within an agreed daily period. We explain both so you can choose the service you will actually use.
Can the chauffeur wait while we visit?
Yes. With an hourly or full-day booking, the vehicle stays at your disposal and your belongings can stay on board between stops.
Can we change the pickup time or add a stop?
Yes. Message us on the same WhatsApp thread. A change that affects the price is quoted in writing before it happens.
Do you drive early in the morning and late at night?
Yes. Early flights and late returns from Disneyland Paris are planned with you in advance.
What if a child needs a stop on the way?
Tell your chauffeur. A short stop is part of traveling with children.
Is there a minimum for hourly bookings?
Yes, three hours. Beyond that, the time adjusts to your program, with a price confirmed in writing.
Car seats
Do you provide car seats in Paris, and is there a charge?
Yes. We prepare infant, toddler and booster seats, and they are included at no additional charge when they are confirmed in advance. We ask for the number of children and their age, height and weight when you confirm.
Which car seat will my child have?
We use age, height and weight to select an approved restraint and follow its instructions. Rear-facing travel and the move to a harnessed seat or booster depend on the actual model and the child's measurements. The exact seat is confirmed with your booking.
Can you fit two car seats and a booster in the same vehicle?
In a Mercedes V-Class, a typical family setup is two car seats and one booster, with the other passengers seated around them. Send us your family's configuration and we confirm it in writing.
Should we bring our own car seat to Paris?
You do not need to. We provide seats approved for use in France. If you prefer your own, send the model details so we can check approval for use in France and vehicle compatibility before confirming it.
Do taxis in Paris have car seats?
French rules require an approved child restraint for children under 10, subject to exceptions set by the regulations, one of which concerns taxis (source: Service-Public.fr). With Paris Private Experience, the seats are planned for your children before you arrive.
Do we need to book car seats again for the evening return?
No. On a same-day round trip, the seats stay in place in the vehicle until you come back.
Vehicle, luggage and mobility
We are a family of five with luggage. Is one vehicle enough?
Usually yes. For a family of five with four large suitcases and a stroller, a Mercedes V-Class is the vehicle category we recommend. If you travel heavier, the V-Class XL category adds trunk space.
Will our stroller fit?
A folded stroller travels in the trunk with your suitcases. For a double stroller or a large model, tell us when we finalize the vehicle so we choose the right vehicle.
Can you carry a wheelchair or a walker?
Yes. A folded wheelchair or a walker travels in a V-Class with your luggage. Tell us when we prepare your vehicle so we can confirm the space and any access requirements. For a specially equipped vehicle, we confirm availability in writing first.
Can you arrange several vehicles for a large family?
Yes, when confirmed for your stay. We plan a Sprinter or two coordinated vehicles with the same meeting point and departure time, and one contact looks after the whole party.
Airport and arrival
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup. 60 minutes of waiting are included after the flight lands, so there is time for passport control and baggage claim.
Where does the chauffeur meet us at CDG or Orly?
In the arrivals hall, after baggage claim, with a sign showing your name. You receive the exact meeting instructions before you fly.
Can someone meet us inside the airport, not just in the arrivals hall?
Yes, as an option. With our Meet & Greet and Fast Track assistance, a greeter welcomes your family inside the terminal, at a meeting point we confirm in writing before you fly, guides you through the formalities, with the Fast Track lane when your confirmed service includes it, and accompanies you to your chauffeur. The arrangements for your airport, terminal and flight are set out during our personalized exchange, and the service appears on its own line of your quote.
Someone at the airport offered us a ride. What should we do?
Decline and keep walking. Your chauffeur is the person holding the sign with your name, at the meeting point you received in writing, and your price is already fixed.
Our hotel room will not be ready when we land. What can we do?
Most hotels hold your luggage. Many families book their chauffeur for three hours on arrival for a first drive through Paris, then return when the room is ready.
How long does it take to get from CDG to central Paris?
Usually between 45 minutes and an hour and a quarter, depending on traffic and your address. The price does not change with ordinary traffic.
Do you serve Beauvais and Le Bourget airports?
Yes. Transfers from Beauvais and from Paris-Le Bourget are quoted in writing before you book.
Prices and payment
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A family of five in a Mercedes V-Class pays the same fixed price as a couple in the same vehicle.
What does a week with a private chauffeur cost for a family?
As an example, an airport transfer each way, a four-hour day in Paris, a Disneyland round trip and a full day to Versailles come to about €1,950 in a V-Class at the prices on this page. This is a selected-ride example, not five days of 10-hour or 12-hour chauffeur service. A daily chauffeur program is quoted separately in writing.
Is tipping expected?
No. Tipping is completely optional. It is never added to your fare and our chauffeurs do not expect it.
How and when do we pay?
By secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer. Transfers and hourly bookings are paid at booking. Day trips and multi-day programs are confirmed with a deposit.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. You receive a written confirmation and an invoice for each booking.
Disneyland and day trips
Can you take us to Disneyland Paris and bring us back at night?
Yes. Paris to Disneyland Paris is €170 each way in a V-Class, and the evening return is planned with you so the car is there when you leave the park.
How long is the drive to Disneyland Paris?
About 45 minutes to an hour from central Paris, depending on traffic.
Can you drive us to Versailles or on a day trip?
Yes. A chauffeur can stay with you for a half day, a full day or longer, and a licensed local guide can join on request.
Booking and contact
What information do you need in the first message?
Your dates, party size and the service you have in mind are enough to start. We finalize flight details, addresses, luggage and the children's seat measurements afterward.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your flights are confirmed. Car seats, larger vehicles and summer dates are easier to secure early. Last-minute requests are welcome and confirmed in writing when a vehicle is available.
Can we keep the same chauffeur all week?
Whenever possible, yes. We confirm it in writing with your program.
Can a travel advisor or a grandparent book for us?
Yes. The person who books receives the written confirmation and can forward the meeting instructions to the travelers.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. Communication is in English before and during your trip, on WhatsApp or by email.
What languages can we write to you in?
English, French and Arabic, on WhatsApp or by email. Our concierge service is available entirely in Arabic, from your first message to the end of your stay, and your proposal, confirmation and invoice can be issued in Arabic.
Can you arrange an Arabic-speaking chauffeur?
Yes, on request. Mention it in your first message and we arrange an Arabic-speaking chauffeur for your stay. Your concierge also remains available in Arabic throughout.
Can you take our preferences into account, including halal meals?
Yes. Tell us during planning: your concierge builds meal breaks and the times that suit you into the program, and can suggest restaurants serving halal cuisine, then make the reservations. Compliance of the cuisine remains the responsibility of each restaurant.
